How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days.

Where do you ship from?
Some orders are sent directly from our trusted suppliers.
This may include suppliers located overseas, including in China.
We do this to get your order to you more efficiently and avoid unnecessary handling delays.

How do I start a return?

Please include your name, order number, the reason for your return and photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
We will then send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
Who pays for return postage?
For change of mind returns, size changes or items you no longer want, the return postage is paid by the customer.
If the return address is with our supplier in China, you are responsible for sending the return there.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you do not pay the return costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, or you have sent us proof of postage, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to complete the refund.
