Which size should I choose?
You’ll find a size chart on every product page – just click “Size Chart” next to the size options. We recommend comparing the measurements with a jumper or cardigan you already love.
Still unsure or between two sizes? Send us a message with your usual size and we’ll gladly help you choose.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. We’ll send you an email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you always know where it is.
Is delivery really free?
Yes! Every order within the UK is delivered free of charge with Royal Mail, including full tracking. No minimum order, no hidden costs.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your personal tracking link. Can’t find it? Have a quick look in your spam folder, or contact us and we’ll send it again.
How does “Buy More, Save More” work?
The more you choose, the more you save – and it works automatically at checkout:
- 2 items: an extra 10% off
- 3 items: an extra 15% off
- 4 items: an extra 20% off
- 5 or more items: an extra 25% off
You can mix and match pieces from all our collections.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange it. Please keep the item in its original condition and contact our customer service – we’ll guide you through the next steps. You can read all the details in our Returns & Refund Policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method and let you know by email. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days before the amount appears on your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our very best to change or cancel it for you.
